Job summary

Tangram Flex is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead a key MOSA-focused portfolio supporting US DoW customers. The role requires strong leadership, DoD program experience, and the ability to coordinate across engineering, growth, and government partners in Dayton, OH or Ft. Walton Beach, FL.

Hybrid work options and travel up to 20% are expected. The PfM will shape solutions, drive capture and growth, and ensure successful execution across multiple programs with emphasis on software verification,

Qualifications

• U.S. Government security clearance or ability to obtain one; U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Business, or Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years leading technical programs in Federal Government environments.
• Strong software/DoW systems engineering knowledge and integration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between customer needs and technical delivery; translate requirements into executable program deliverables.
• Lead a portfolio of programs focused on MOSA adoption, software verification, and interoperability for DoW customers.
• Collaborate with customers, growth team, and engineering to identify opportunities and mature value propositions.
• Ensure programs perform on schedule and on budget; communicate portfolio performance to Tangram leadership.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration with government customers, primes, and subcontractors.
