The ideal candidate will have experience identifying qualified candidates for defense-related engineering positions, including hardware, embedded systems, and electrical/mechanical disciplines, and will navigate security-clearance requirements with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or government/defense sectors.
• Experience sourcing and placing engineers or technical roles.
• Knowledge of security clearance requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication and networking skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
