Job summary

Bridge Defense, based in Washington, DC, seeks a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Services, Corporate, and mission-critical functions, with emphasis on technical and cleared professionals for the national security community.

You will partner with HR, leadership, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, and manage candidates from outreach to offer.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for engineering and cleared professionals.
• Ability to develop proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Strong collaboration with HR, leadership and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage passive engineering candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Develop thoughtful, personalized candidate outreach reflecting role and candidate experience.
• Conduct screens to evaluate technical alignment, compensation expectations, availability, location, and clearance requirements.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Partner with engineering leadership and hiring managers throughout the process.
