Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Big Deals Commercial Lead to drive cost, capacity, and supplier plans for large, strategic customer opportunities. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams from NPI to sustaining production, aligning deal needs with pricing and margins.

The role requires strong communication, negotiating with ODM/ EMS partners, and leading cost-reduction initiatives across global teams. Expect hybrid work with office days in Puerto Rico.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or large-deal execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the supply-chain commercial workstream for major deals from scope to execution.
• Negotiate MVA savings and strategic commercial initiatives with EMS/ODM partners.
• Coordinate cost-reduction plans, capacity readiness, and ramp schedules with internal teams.
