Booz Allen is seeking a Corporate Development Lead to steer deal lifecycle initiatives, including strategy, valuation, modeling, and negotiations for joint ventures, minority investments, and acquisitions.

You will collaborate with the technology accelerator and corporate venture teams, assessing options and structuring deals with senior leadership. A strong background in corporate finance and diverse business models is essential.

Qualifications

Experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategic partnerships, or growth investing.
Experience with alternative business models such as equity investments, M&A, or joint ventures.
Knowledge of working with complex financial models for various deal structures.

Responsibilities

Support the deal lifecycle across strategy, valuation, financial modeling, and negotiation.
Collaborate with technology accelerator and corporate venture teams.
Assess strategic financial alternatives through merger consequences analyses and ROI/IRR modeling.
Execute M&A and other inorganic investment and transaction processes with senior leaders.
