Nissan is seeking a Senior Dealer Operations Manager for the Infiniti network in the West Region. The role requires residency in the San Francisco Bay Area, a bachelor's degree, and 6+ years in automotive sales or dealer operations, with 2+ years in a dealership-facing role.

You will partner with dealership leadership to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction while managing inventory and implementing best practices across the network.

Formación

• : Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
• : 6+ years of progressive experience in automotive sales, marketing, dealer operations, or related functions.
• : 2+ years in a dealership-facing field role such as Dealer Operations Manager, Wholesale District Manager, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic advisor to Infiniti dealer network to drive sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operations.
• Analyze sales, financial, inventory, and market data to identify opportunities and craft action plans.
• Visit dealerships regularly to assess operations and provide coaching and support.
• Manage vehicle inventory, mix, allocation and aged inventory strategies.
• Support dealership marketing efforts and promote Nissan sales and incentive programs.
• Drive adoption of best practices in sales, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Coach dealership leadership on performance, staffing, and business improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with dealership agreements, company policies, and program requirements.
