Nissan is seeking a Senior Dealer Operations Manager to partner with Nissan dealerships in the West Region, driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on analyzing performance data, optimizing inventory, and coaching dealership leadership to achieve wholesale and retail objectives, including commercial vehicles.

Travel will be extensive (75%+), with relocation considerations and comprehensive Nissan benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in automotive sales, marketing, dealer operations, or related functions.
• 2+ years in a dealership-facing field role such as Dealer Operations Manager, Wholesale District Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, Field Sales Manager, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business advisor to Nissan dealerships to drive sales performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Analyze sales, financial, inventory, and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
• Conduct regular dealership visits to assess operations and provide consulting, coaching, and support.
• Manage inventory, vehicle mix, allocation, and aged inventory strategies; support marketing efforts and promotions.
• Coach dealership leadership on performance, staffing, and business improvement initiatives; ensure compliance with policies and programs.
