Job summary

ACV Auctions in Boston is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to drive growth in a defined territory. You will prospect, underwrite, contract new and existing business opportunities, and manage a portfolio closely with the Floorplan Director and Territory Managers.

The role requires strong financial analysis skills, a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance, and prior Auto/financial services experience. Strong English communication and Salesforce proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree - Business, Accounting, or Finance required.
• 3 year(s) Prior work experience in Auto or Financial service industry.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Experience in using a CRM software (preferably Salesforce) to maintain and plan sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop and execute an aggressive sales plan within a defined market.
• Build prospect list through effective cold calling, lead follow-up and referrals.
• Ensure continued followup during on-boarding.
• Service accounts in person and via phone, resolving customer issues and looking for incremental growth opportunities.
• Hit target levels in new applications, signed contracts as well as line activations and utilization ratios.
• Collaborate with management to develop acceptable financial and ROI levels.
