Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• 3 years of experience in finance, deal pricing, investment banking or management consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Experience presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Experience in payments or technology sector.
• End-to-end deal process improvements with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key financial and strategic partner to AMER go-to-market sales teams and leadership on pricing deals.
• Define and implement pricing and margin guidance; identify levers for uplift.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate deal attractiveness; align with long-range plan and cross-functional partners.
• Maintain up-to-date pricing benchmarks; contribute to analytical design and production to enhance pricing philosophy.
