Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years of successful experience in industrial automation, process control, systems integration, technical sales, or automation engineering.
• Demonstrated success selling Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and modernization projects.
• Experience in process industries such as refining, chemicals, oil & gas, or power generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand presence and achieve revenue objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue greenfield, brownfield, migration, modernization opportunities involving DeltaV and related technologies.
• Build executive-level relationships with operations leaders and plant management.
• Serve as the primary commercial resource aligning Emerson solutions with customer objectives.
• Develop value-based proposals and business cases showing measurable benefits.
• Lead complex sales pursuits with cross-functional resources and teams.
• Maintain knowledge of customer operations and digital transformation initiatives.
