Qualifications

Proven ability to drive revenue growth and cost reduction with models.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy analytics and ML models to support performance and decisions.
Integrate ERP/CRM and macro data to generate actionable insights.
Design and implement predictive, classification, clustering, and optimization models.
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
Perform data mining, statistics, and visualizations to identify trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive analytics-driven process changes.
Support data governance and data quality initiatives.
Document requirements and assist in change management.
Manage large-scale Snowflake data workflows and cloud infrastructure.
Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comply with NOV policies and safety standards.
