Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience, or equivalent education , in data science, analytics, or business analysis in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern analytics libraries for machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to build models that drive revenue growth, cost reduction, and bottom‑line improvement.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Experience with process innovation, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Action‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s/Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience with Snowflake for data warehousing, integration, and analytics.
• Expertise in PowerBI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP and CRM systems and large, multi‑dimensional data sets.
