Publicis Sapient in Houston is seeking a data analytics leader to shape the future of enterprise analytics, data governance, and scalable data platforms. You will partner with trading, finance, and technology teams to deliver data-driven decision support and analytics products.

You will mentor analysts, drive architecture standards, and oversee modern lakehouse deployments with cloud-native technologies to enable AI-driven insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience designing and delivering enterprise analytics solutions and data products.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics strategy and delivery for enterprise analytics solutions.
Translate business needs into analytical requirements and data-driven solutions.
Develop analytics roadmaps aligned to organizational objectives.
Promote data governance, data quality, and scalable data models.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product owners to design data platforms.
