Job summary

European Wax Center seeks a Data Scientist to support Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Development with data and business analysis. You will write SQL against Snowflake, build Python-based models, and develop BI dashboards to enable self-serve reporting.

The role covers descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics and requires partnering with multiple stakeholders to translate business problems into data solutions. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, or business analytics with SQL/Python
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) and BI tools (Power BI or similar)
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders (finance, operations, marketing) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Write SQL and Python to build datasets and pipelines in Snowflake.
• Build descriptive analytics: dashboards and KPI frameworks for multiple audiences.
• Develop predictive models (forecasting, segmentation, time series).
• Create prescriptive analysis: scenario modeling and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to scope questions and deliver data solutions.
• Design and maintain BI dashboards for self-serve reporting across teams.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
