Job summary

GitLab Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Leader in data science or product analytics in the United States to guide strategic questions, shape priorities with executives, and partner across the business.

You will own investment and prioritization across teams, lead high-impact cross-functional programs for product adoption and consumption growth, and bring deep expertise in statistics, experimentation, causal inference, SQL, Python, and ML.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data science or product analytics.
• 6+ years leading teams and 3+ years managing managers.
• Strong business acumen across product and go-to-market with executive presence.
