Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science, product analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years leading data science/analytics teams in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Strong product sense and trusted partner to Product and Engineering leaders.
• Exceptional communicator who can explain complex findings to varied audiences.
• Fluent with AI tools and able to assess AI outputs for trust.
• Experience thriving in an all‑remote, asynchronous company.

Responsibilities

• Set long-range vision and roadmap for Product Data Science and align with company strategy.
• Own prioritization and trade-offs across product areas as priorities shift.
• Be go-to partner for Product and Engineering on complex/urgent questions.
• Raise risks early and present clear options to leadership.
• Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team with career development.
• Build a culture of urgency, accountability, and timely delivery.
