Job summary

Vanguard seeks a Data Product Manager to guide trusted data products for analytics teams and insights producers. You will bridge business needs, technical solutions, and data capabilities, owning end-to-end lifecycle and governance across data products.

You will collaborate with data engineers, architects, product teams, and leaders to deliver high-impact, scalable, and reliable data products that deepen client relationships and support AI-powered initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred; minimum five years related work experience.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of data products ensuring alignment with strategic use cases and governance.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders to strategize and deliver scalable data products.
• Own design and improvement of data product standards, metadata, semantics, and interoperability.
