Job summary

Vanguard’s Personal Wealth Data Strategy is seeking a Data Product Manager to guide trusted data products for analytics and insights producers, enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will bridge business needs with data engineering and architecture, manage end-to-end product lifecycles, and collaborate with leaders to deliver scalable, governed data solutions in a hybrid, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; graduate degree preferred; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical product management activities for multiple technical products or one strategic technical product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive client experience improvements.
• Coach technical product teams toward best practices and ensure messaging, communication, and customer outreach.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues and enable rapid delivery.
• Lead planning, development and implementation of new technical products with detailed features and requirements.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to continually improve user experience.
• Participate in business planning and departmental prioritization.
• Engage in engineering practices like CI and automated deployment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
