Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Product Architect to shape the enterprise data architecture strategy and roadmaps. You will collaborate with leadership, architects, SMEs, and the Enterprise PMO to govern IT products and ensure data is accessible across business units.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise architecture, TOGAF proficiency, and hands-on data management including ingestion, ETL, modeling, quality, metadata, and BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture; equivalent experience accepted.
• In absence of a degree, at least 12 years of related experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; may substitute for experience.
• TOGAF or similar framework expertise required.
• Experience aligning IT to corporate strategy.
• Experience drafting reference architectures.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating applications.
• Vendor management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
• 5+ years in Data Management (Ingestion, ETL, Modeling, Quality, Metadata, MDM, BI/Analytics).
• Experience building data and integration platforms.
• Database management (on-prem or cloud).
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the enterprise data architecture strategy.
• Lead the creation of strategic data blueprints and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with leadership, architects, SMEs, and PMO for governance.
• Mitigate data duplication across capabilities to reduce costs and risks.
• Develop and maintain data models, reference architectures, and guidelines.
• Facilitate enterprise data integration across platforms and applications.
• Monitor trends and recommend adoption strategies in data architecture.
• Provide guidance to IT teams on best practices and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.
