Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Solution Architecture Lead to drive strategic technology direction across the enterprise. You will align technology outcomes with business capabilities, manage Solution Architects, and mentor teams within SNC's Enterprise Architecture function.

You will collaborate with business leaders to translate needs into robust architectural strategies, influence product group plans, and stay abreast of industry trends to sustain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. 7+ years in Enterprise Architecture.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading architecture teams and cross-functional work.
• Knowledge of TOGAF and security, scalability, and performance considerations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategic technology plans aligned with business goals.
• Guide architecture across enterprise to ensure cohesive strategies.
