Job summary

Micro1 is seeking a remote, full-time Partnerships professional in the United States to identify, engage, and close partnerships with firms contributing AI training data. You will own the end-to-end process from sourcing to onboarding and partner negotiations.

You will lead privacy and data-ownership discussions, build relationships with decision-makers, and collaborate with operations, product, and data teams to onboard partners across industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales with a record of closing deals.
• Strong communication, consultative selling, and comfort with sensitive topics like data ownership.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close partnerships with companies contributing workflow data for AI training and evaluation.
• Own the end-to-end partnership process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and engage companies across industries, build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Lead privacy, security, and negotiation discussions, then close partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and data teams to onboard partners.
