Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, data or marketing operations.
• Proficiency in Excel with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Working knowledge of marketing processes and marketing technology (HubSpot / CRM).

Responsibilities

• Prepare board and executive materials by analyzing data from finance, marketing, and revenue operations.
• Understand end-to-end marketing and revenue processes to identify data issues and opportunities.
• Translate data into narratives and visuals for board-level audiences.
• Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and revenue teams with key metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and support data-informed decisions.
• Document and standardize recurring reporting processes.
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting as needed.
• Partner with revenue teams to ensure accurate, timely data and reporting.
• Support evolution of marketing and CRM systems, including data hygiene and process docs.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and process improvements.
