Job summary

SCOR Group in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking an Analyst to provide operational support for the Strategy & Business Intelligence team, including data assembly, analysis and reporting of new business financials, and support for US New Business initiatives.

The role will involve collaboration with the Client Solutions and Strategy teams, creating datasets, and participating in daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate business track, preferably Risk Management, Economics or Finance.
• Prior work experience in financial services is a plus.
• Finance, Risk Management, Actuarial or Economics background.
• Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft tools and Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Client Solutions and Strategy teams to ensure the objectives of a given assignment are clear.
• Ensure the objectives of assigned tasks are achieved with a high degree of quality.
• Create and maintain datasets, meeting documentation and new business analysis as needed.
• Participate in team meetings such as the daily stand-up and sprint retrospectives.
• Provide weekly status updates to the hiring manager.
• Other duties as required
