Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in finance, data analysis, marketing ops, or related field.
Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Experience with marketing processes and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.
Experience building dashboards and reports (Excel/Tableau/Salesforce).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare board and executive materials by analyzing data from finance, marketing, and revenue operations.
Understand end-to-end marketing and revenue processes to identify data issues and improvement opportunities.
Translate data into narratives and visuals for a board audience.
Build and maintain dashboards providing leadership with KPI visibility.
Analyze data to identify trends and support data-informed decisions.
Document repeatable reporting processes.
Assist with financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Partner with revenue teams to ensure accurate, timely data and reporting.
Support CRM and marketing systems evolution, data hygiene and cross-team coordination.
Support SVP with Carolina Healthworks reporting, data validation and quality checks.
Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability; support cross-functional projects.
