Job summary

The City University of New York's Queensborough Community College seeks a Career and Industry Partnerships Data Manager to build data infrastructure, labor market intelligence, and outcome reporting for the CUNY Beyond initiative.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to capture, analyze, and report data and KPIs shaping career preparation and employer engagement across undergraduate programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and six years' relevant experience required.
• Experience in higher education, workforce development, or career services is preferred.
• Experience working with large administrative datasets and maintaining data quality/documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the campus point person for CUNY Beyond data and track, measure, and report on implementation and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain integrated data systems, dashboards, and standardized reports to track KPIs.
• Partner with campus and CUNY Central teams to configure data systems and produce reliable outcomes reporting.
• Establish baseline measures and monitor progress toward 2030 career-success targets, including internships and employer recruitment.
• Design and administer graduate outcomes data collection and analyze earnings, employment continuity, and mobility.
• Translate quantitative findings into accessible visualizations and briefs for technical and non-technical audiences.
