Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 7–10 years in Data Analytics or BI.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business needs and define outcomes and paths to achieve them.
• Lead teams to identify and implement solutions; assess new requirements against available tools and data.
• Extract and transform data from multiple sources; partner with data owners to access required information.
• Present concise conclusions to senior leadership using reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Provide guidance and training to teammates; manage complex work streams as a project manager.
