Janney is seeking a Data Governance Leader to define and execute the enterprise data governance strategy, operating model, and stewardship framework. You will partner across Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Information Security to ensure data is trusted and well-managed.

You will lead initiatives in data quality, metadata management, and governance adoption, embedding governance into processes and analytics while driving continuous improvement and regulatory

Formación

• Experience building enterprise governance operating models, policies and stewardship programs.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements.
• Experience maturing Data Quality and Metadata Management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute enterprise Data Governance strategy, operating model, policies and framework.
• Establish accountability for data ownership, stewardship and governance processes.
• Lead governance forums to prioritize initiatives and resolve cross-functional data issues.
• Embed governance into business processes, solution delivery and workflows.
• Establish metrics and executive reporting to measure adoption and effectiveness.
• Promote data as a strategic business asset across the organization.
• Define and implement enterprise Data Quality standards, controls and processes.
• Monitor data quality, scorecards, issue management and remediation.
• Oversee metadata strategy, standards, and data catalog capabilities.
