Job summary

Janney is seeking a Data Program & Portfolio Management Leader to translate strategic priorities into coordinated, well-governed initiatives within the Enterprise Data portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, you will partner with Data Leadership, Business, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and the enterprise PMO to drive planning and execution across the portfolio.

This role oversees governance, portfolio reporting, financial tracking, risk management, and executive communications,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the integrated Enterprise Data portfolio, aligning initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Establish project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate portfolio planning across Data Leadership, Business, Technology, and enterprise PMO.
• Monitor performance, identify delivery risks, and facilitate issue resolution.
• Support annual and quarterly planning and portfolio prioritization.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and leadership materials.
• Maintain portfolio documentation and escalates risks and issues.
