Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Data Governance & Analytics to define and lead the data governance, reporting, and analytics strategy for Global Program Controls. You will ensure portfolio data is defined, maintained, governed, and translated into actionable insights for senior leadership.

The role requires deep expertise in data governance, BI, and program controls, with strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading data governance, analytics, business intelligence, program controls, or enterprise reporting in a complex global environment.
• Demonstrated experience building or significantly maturing a data governance or enterprise reporting program.
• Expert knowledge of at least one relevant specialist area, such as data governance, business intelligence, program controls, data management, or portfolio analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own data governance strategy and leadership for Global Program Controls.
• Define data standards, lineage, and ownership models across systems.
• Lead data quality monitoring and issue resolution processes.
• Collaborate with system owners to align governance with security and compliance.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting for leadership.
