Job summary

Oracle seeks a Senior Program Manager, Data Governance & Analytics, to lead the data governance, reporting, and analytics strategy for Global Program Controls. You will own the authoritative data framework, executive dashboards, and the reporting calendar across Jira, Primavera Cloud, Unifier, and BI platforms.

You will influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams, drive data quality and stewardship initiatives, and translate data into actionable insights for portfolio leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading data governance, analytics, BI, program controls, or enterprise reporting in a complex global environment.
• Demonstrated experience building or significantly maturing a data governance or enterprise reporting program.
• Expert knowledge of data governance, BI, program controls, data management, or portfolio analytics.
• Deep understanding of data quality management, master and reference data management, data lineage, ownership, and reporting controls.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and enterprise reporting or analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Global Program Controls Data Governance program with strategy, policies, standards, operating model, controls, and performance measures.
• Develop the overarching data governance policy framework ensuring alignment with data, security, compliance, and technology requirements.
• Establish and maintain data lineage documentation and authoritative data dictionary across Jira, Primavera Cloud, Unifier, and financial systems.
• Own executive dashboards and reporting standards, and manage the reporting calendar.
• Partner with systems integration, data engineering, IT, and business teams to ensure reliable, scalable data flows.
