Job summary

Oracle in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Data Governance & Analytics to define and lead governance, reporting, and analytics for Global Program Controls. This role ensures delivery data is defined, governed, and translated into insights for senior leadership.

You will lead the authoritative data framework, dashboards, and data quality initiatives across Jira, Primavera Cloud, Apex, Unifier, and BI platforms, influencing leaders and stakeholders without direct people

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading data governance, analytics, BI, or enterprise reporting in a global environment.
Demonstrated ability to mature a data governance or enterprise reporting program.
Expert knowledge in data governance, data management, and portfolio analytics.
Deep understanding of data quality, lineage, ownership, and stewardship.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead Global Program Controls Data Governance program, including strategy and controls.
Define policy framework and alignment with enterprise data security and compliance.
Own executive dashboards, reporting standards, and calendar cadence.
Lead cross-functional data initiatives spanning multiple organizations and systems.
Mentor analysts and stakeholders on governance, reporting, and analytics best practices.
