Job summary

Oracle seeks a senior, data‑driven professional to transform complex operational and technical information into executive‑ready insights. The role demands rigor in data integrity, strong executive communication, and comfort moving between detailed analytics and CEO‑level storytelling.

The candidate will partner with the Global Program Controls team to produce decision‑ready materials, manage time‑sensitive executive requests, and learn about data center operations and related infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10–15 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, finance, or related fields.
• Proven ability to translate technical information into executive-level reports.
• Exceptional written communication for CEO/board audiences.
• Strong ownership and delivery mindset with bias for action.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technical subjects quickly and engage with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability of critical data across systems.
• Investigate discrepancies across reports, systems, and data sources; drive resolution.
• Translate highly technical information into clear executive narratives for the CEO and senior leaders.
• Produce executive reports, briefings, summaries, and decision-support materials.
• Learn technical domains (data center operations, hardware testing) and explain them clearly.
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and stakeholders to synthesize input into actionable insights.
