Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Data Governance & Analytics to set strategy for Global Program Controls. You will lead governance, data quality, lineage, and reporting to empower trusted leadership decisions across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira, Primavera Cloud, Unifier, and BI tools to deliver executive dashboards and analytics that drive portfolio visibility and compliance at scale.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading data governance and analytics in a global enterprise.
Proven ability to mature data governance and enterprise reporting programs.
Deep knowledge of data quality, lineage, and master data management.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead the Global Program Controls Data Governance program with policies and performance measures.
Define standard data terms, metrics, and source-system ownership across Jira, Primavera Cloud, Unifier, and BI platforms.
Maintain data lineage documentation from source systems to dashboards and reports.
Implement data quality rules, monitoring, and scorecards with executive visibility.
Build and manage a cross-functional data stewardship network and data owners.
Own the global executive portfolio dashboard and operational reporting suite.
Influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams to adopt trusted data practices.
