Job summary

University of Cincinnati seeks a professional to articulate, evaluate, and design business processes and facilitate the delivery of business content to a department/unit. The role emphasizes coordinating operational support across financial, administrative, systems, and operational activities to drive efficiency and informed decision-making.

You will work with a small cross-functional team to implement improved business processes, develop data-driven insights, and may prepare executive summaries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Six (6) years of relevant work experience can be used in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide operational support in financial, administrative, systems, and operational activities of a business unit.
• Develop actionable data-driven insights and recommendations to support organizational decision-making; may create executive summaries and benchmark reports.
• Analyze department objectives and develop actionable solutions for business improvement.
• Support report and analytics solutions within one or more units.
• Lead and communicate business workflows to team members as needed.
