Contribute as an influencing partner of a small cross‑functional team to implement business processes.
May lead and communicate business workflows and processes to team members.
May represent administrators on committees and attend meetings on behalf of administrator.
Assist staff with problem resolution and research related to operational, IT systems, and business office processes, procedures, and policies.
Recommend policy and procedure changes.
