Essential Functions

• Coordinate and provide operational support in financial, administrative, systems, and operational activities of a business unit.
• Assist with determining best practices and developing actionable data‑driven insights and recommendations to support the organizational decision‑making process. May be requested to create executive summaries and benchmark reports.
• Analyze the business objectives of the department and develop solutions.
• Support report and analytics solutions within one or more business units.
• Contribute as an influencing partner of a small cross‑functional team to implement business processes.
• May lead and communicate business workflows and processes to team members.
• May represent administrators on committees and attend meetings on behalf of administrator.
• Assist staff with problem resolution and research related to operational, IT systems, and business office processes, procedures, and policies.
• Recommend policy and procedure changes.

Required Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Six (6) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Required Experience
