Job summary

Beale Infrastructure is seeking a Development Manager to drive go-to-market strategy, acquisitions and greenfield development for new hyperscale data centers. You will shape metro-level strategies, lead site due diligence, utility planning and entitlement applications, and negotiate leases with tenants.

You will work across property development, utility strategies, campus planning and project delivery, traveling up to 25% to project sites and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in project management, real estate development, or construction.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entitlement process for data center sites, navigating zoning and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee due diligence, permits, and condition reports; manage risk and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate development and delivery teams; track schedules and budgets.
• Prepare status updates and reporting for leadership and external stakeholders.
