Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, real estate development, or construction.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entitlement process for data center sites and manage applications.
• Oversee due diligence on project sites and track potential risks.
• Drive coordination between Development and Delivery teams to track project workstreams.
• Track project milestones and prepare formal status updates.
