Qualifications

• 10+ years in cost management/cost controls for large capital projects.
• Experience in estimating, forecasting, change control, and contract evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, cost drivers, and productivity.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain project budgets and cost forecasts throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor expenditures, cash flow, and performance against budgets.
• Lead cost management, procurement, change orders, and claims Management.
• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid overruns and delays.
• Develop dashboards integrating schedule, procurement, and cost data.
