Job summary

Oracle is seeking a senior Cost Management leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for data center construction initiatives. You will manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and guide procurement and change processes to keep programs on track and within approved funding.

Lead governance, reporting, and risk mitigation, partnering with project teams, engineers, and finance to align financial objectives with delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of cost management experience on large capital projects.
• Expertise in estimating, forecasting, change control, and contract evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and cost drivers.
• Advanced Excel and project controls tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain project budgets and cost forecasts.
• Monitor expenditures, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Lead cost management, procurement, changes, and claims.
• Identify and mitigate cost risks and overruns.
• Present regular cost reports to senior management.
• Develop cost governance, dashboards, and reporting standards.
