Job summary

Oracle seeks an AI Gigascale Construction Cost Manager Lead to provide end-to-end cost leadership for OCI gigascale construction programs, including hyperscale data center campuses. You will build a cost controls function, own estimates/budgets/forecasts, and drive disciplined cost governance across multiple sites and workstreams.

You will champion AI-powered analytics, ensuring outputs are explainable and compliant with governance. Travel is required, with a minimum of 50% remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive cost management/cost controls experience on large capital projects.
• Experience leading multi-site or campus-scale construction programs >$1B total cost.
• Expertise in estimating, forecasting, change control, and contract/commercial evaluation.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with cost systems/project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Define cost strategy, governance, and controls across gigascale projects from design through closeout.
• Establish cost governance structures, reporting cadences, and executive dashboards.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cash flow, and long-range forecasts.
• Lead change management, commercial evaluation of change orders, and alignment with contract types.
• Create dashboards integrating schedule, procurement, and cost data for predictive insights.
• Ensure AI outputs are explainable, auditable, and compliant with governance requirements.
