Job summary

Oracle US is seeking a senior cost management professional for data center construction and infrastructure initiatives. You will develop and maintain project budgets, oversee cost estimation, and drive cost control and reporting across programs.

The role partners with project managers, engineers, contracts, and finance to ensure delivery on time and within budget, implement governance, and lead monthly cost reviews with executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years progressive experience in cost management for large capital projects.
• Strong experience in estimating, forecasting, change control, and contract evaluation.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with cost systems and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain project budgets and cost forecasts.
• Monitor and report on expenditures, cash flow, and performance against budgets.
• Lead cost management and contract administration activities including procurement, change orders, and claims management.
• Identify and mitigate risks to prevent cost overruns and delays.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align financial goals with delivery.
