Job summary

Insight Global in Atlanta, GA seeks a Director to provide strategic leadership, project oversight, and operational management across multiple construction programs and markets, from planning through completion.

You will lead a seven-person team of project professionals and manage 3–5 high‑value Data Center projects ranging from $100–$800M, ensuring schedules, budgets, safety, and quality meet contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with a general contracting firm.
• Minimum 5 years managing Data Center projects.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-10 years in a Senior Project Manager role or higher.
• Willing to manage a team of 7 across 3-5 projects valued at $100–$800M.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across regional markets and projects.
• Lead and mentor project teams for campus and facility development.
• Manage project budgets including subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Maintain schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and inspectors.
• Oversee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
