Babcock International is seeking a Business Performance Data Analytics Manager to lead the development of a high-performing analytics capability supporting UK defence and nuclear programmes. You will translate business objectives into a clear analytics roadmap, delivering reporting, visualisation and performance insights that drive data-driven decisions across the Naval Nuclear portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data analytics, BI or performance reporting teams within a complex organisation.
• Develop and maintain data visualisation, reporting and forecasting solutions.
• Improve data quality, reporting processes and analytics tools to provide actionable insight.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing data analytics culture.
• Strong knowledge of reporting, data visualisation and performance management methodologies.

• Lead and develop the PMO data analytics capability, driving continuous improvement and establishing best practice across reporting and performance insight.
