Babcock International is seeking a Business Performance Data Analytics Manager to lead the development of a high-performing analytics capability supporting UK defence and nuclear programmes. You will translate business objectives into a clear analytics roadmap, delivering reporting, visualisation and performance insights that drive data-driven decisions across the Naval Nuclear portfolio.

As a Business Performance Data Analytics Manager, you'll lead the development of a high-performing data analytics capability supporting some of the UK's most significant defence and nuclear programmes. This is a unique opportunity to shape how performance data is used across complex, high-profile projects, helping senior leaders make informed decisions that drive successful outcomes. You'll combine strategic thinking, leadership and technical expertise to translate business objectives into a clear analytics roadmap. By delivering high-quality reporting, visualisation and performance insights, you'll help embed a culture of data-driven decision-making across the Naval Nuclear portfolio while developing your own leadership and career potential within a world-class engineering organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the PMO data analytics capability, driving continuous improvement and establishing best practice across reporting and performance insight.
• Deliver high-quality business intelligence, analytics and performance reporting that supports informed decision-making at all levels.
