Cardinal Health at Home Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to operational leadership through high-quality data preparation, reporting, and analytics. This role focuses on extracting, cleansing, consolidating, and visualizing financial and operational data to ensure leaders have timely, accurate, and actionable insights.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CS, Data Science, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or related role preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis preferred.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau) preferred.
• Experience with Alteryx and/or programming languages (Python, R); proficiency in Excel preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Extract, transform, and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple source systems.
• Develop, validate, and maintain KPIs and conduct ad hoc analyses for senior management.
• Proactively understand enterprise data and business processes to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and streamline reporting processes.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, IT and other teams to ensure data alignment and accuracy.
