Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CS, Data Science, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of data analysis experience preferred; advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) preferred.
• Knowledge of other analysis tools (Alteryx) and Python/R; Excel proficiency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple sources (ERP, operational systems, external files, etc).
• Develop, validate, and maintain KPIs and conduct ad hoc analyses for senior management.
• Identify trends, issues, and opportunities in enterprise data and processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management and IT to ensure data accuracy.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and share knowledge.
