EXL is seeking a highly strategic and analytical Consultant with 7+ years of experience to provide expert advice and strategic solutions to clients in New York. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify challenges, analyze business processes, market trends, and implement effective solutions that drive measurable results, including GenAI-enabled use cases and data-management initiatives.

Qualifications

Insurance domain expertise is a must-have requirement.
Strong consulting background with experience advising clients and leading strategic engagements.
Proven experience leading data-driven AI, analytics, and data management initiatives with measurable business impact.
Must reside in the NY/NY area.

Responsibilities

Advises stakeholders as a trusted consultant, ensuring architecture alignment, governance compliance, and successful rollout of Palantir‑based analytics and AI capabilities.
Develop strategic recommendations and actionable implementation plans.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and client deliverables.
Monitor project performance and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Support business development initiatives, including proposal writing and presentations.
