EXL is seeking a dynamic Data & Analytics Sales Consultant to drive new engagements across Insurance and Healthcare. You will bridge delivery, industry units, and business development, crafting narratives, responding to RFPs, and enabling clients to unlock value from cloud-led data modernization and AI transformation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Data/Analytics/ Consulting with sales focus.
• Strong domain knowledge in P&C Insurance and/or Healthcare.
• Experience selling cloud-led data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric, AWS, Azure).
• Hands-on AI/GenAI use case development for enterprise clients.
• Proven ability to respond to and lead RFP/RFI engagements, proposals, and SOWes.
• Executive presence and strong consultative storytelling for C-suite & VP stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Originate and grow pipeline across Insurance and Healthcare verticals.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Domain, and GTM teams to shape credible solutions.
• Lead client workshops, discovery, demos, and executive presentations.
• Own or support end-to-end RFP/RFI responses and proposals.
• Develop industry-specific use cases and POVs across claims, underwriting, policy, pricing, actuarial, and care management.
• Position EXL's AI and cloud-led data modernization capabilities as integrated solutions.
• Engage CDOs and VP-level stakeholders to drive transformation.
• Create and refresh sales collateral and demo assets with marketing and practice teams.
