Job summary

EXL Analytics seeks a senior analytics and AI leader to translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.

The ideal candidate blends business acumen, analytics expertise and leadership to oversee cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders, and guide teams in the design, implementation, and optimization of analytics and AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, AI consulting, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (or Azure/Google Cloud).
• Strong SQL skills and solid Python programming.
• Practical knowledge of machine learning, including Generative AI and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering Decision Intelligence systems: build, integration, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience building AI/BI chatbot solutions: natural language querying over business data, governed data connections, and iterative refinement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into data-driven analytics and AI use cases.
• Lead analytics roadmaps aligned with objectives and priorities.
• Oversee dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks to monitor performance.
• Guide POCs for predictive analytics, automation, NLP, and generative AI applications.
• Operationalize AI/ML/LLM models with governance and quality controls.
